With the Key West Family Coupon Book your ad is delivered right to the door of the potential customer. The coupon book is printed on good quality 20lb. offset paper, not cheap newsprint. Customers are likely to keep the booklet and clip the coupons from it as they need to. Your ad and coupon can be included for as little as $95.00. You can also have an advertisement without the reverse side coupon starting at just $65.00. Compare this to the cost of just one display ad in a newspaper of the same size as the ads offered in the Family Coupon Book.
Directly Reach Over 12,000+ People
To be published twice per year, Summer and Winter in time for the holiday season. Distribution is 5,500 copies. With over 2.4 people per household in Key West, more than 12,000+ people will see the coupon book. Distribution covers Key West, Stock Island and Key Haven. The coupon books are distributed door-to-door in plastic bags with doorknob holes.
Your business can also have your own flyer or brochure (produced at your expense) inserted into the bags for an average of $375. For example, the Key West Auto Spa insert consists of 3 pieces and would cost $500. This is more time consuming to insert than a single item. A single sheet 8.5x11 tri-fold brochure would be $375.
The coupon book will have a minimum of 8 pages, although depending upon the interest level, it may have 16 or 24 pages. It will not exceed 24 pages. Considering that each ad has the reverse side of the page for a coupon, 24 pages only gives 22 full page ads with coupons. (1 page is used by the publisher.) Please do not delay your participation.
The coupon book will be printed in black ink with optional one or two colors at a higher rate, blue and red. Advertisers who would like to use full color can have their flyer included in the plastic bag as mentioned above. Please contact our office for full details.

With Early Payment Discount or $175 without discount.
The advertiser receives both sides of the page or other ad size. Advertising copy is printed on one side and the coupon is printed on the reverse. Full page 4.25" x 5.5" is $175.00. One Half page 2 1/8" x 5.5" is $95.00. The back cover is available for $225.00 full page. (Allow 1/8" border for all ads.)
Other than the back cover, placement of ads is at the discretion of the publisher. Although we don't think anyone would want to, the center spread of two pages is available by special arrangement. If there is no buyer for the center spread, and the book grows to 24 pages, the inside pages of the book will be rotated as it is assembled, giving all advertisers different positions to create a fair balance in exposure, including the center spread.
We are producing a coupon book, but if the cost is an issue, advertisers can also have an advertisement without a coupon in the book. We also realize that discounts or coupons might not be appropriate for a particular business. We intend to restrict these to two pages. The cost of a full page is $120.00, 1/2 page is $65.00. You can not say in the ad that it is a coupon or offers a discount, or to bring in the ad.

Distribution will include 4,500 copies to single family homes and small or accessible apartment buildings to New Town, Mid-Town and Old Town Key West. 500 copies will be distributed in Key Haven and 500 copies on Stock Island. Distribution is based upon the plastic bags which are bundled in 100's. Additional copies of the coupon book are available for advertisers and for other purposes and are not counted in the 5,500 distribution. The book is not distributed to large condos or apartment buildings due to anti-solicitation rules and other legal issues. Similarly, it is not distributed to public housing for similar legal reasons and as a larger print run and increased distribution costs would make it cost prohibitive for advertisers.

Space reservation deadline November 18.
Camera ready advertising copy submission deadline November 23, 2009. Distribution begins November 26, 2009 and continues over a four week period to December 22. Distribution will be completed a week before Christmas. The distribution window permits for delays caused by weather. The distribution window also allows advertisers to focus on Thanksgiving or Christmas or both.
Pay in full before the November 18 Reservation Deadline and get a 10% discount. The flexible plan allows you pay 1/2 the cost of your ad before the November 16 deadline and the other 1/2 after the book is being distributed. There is no discount with the flexible pay plan.
The Key West Family Coupon Book is produced completely in Key West by Blue Planet Offices, Inc. Blue Planet Offices has purchased two high-speed digital printing presses. The summer book was printed on laser printers which was much slower and more expensive. Free Internet Coupon Book
If a household did not get a printed copy and hears about the coupon book, or if they want more than one copy of a coupon, they can visit this site. The entire coupon book is available on this website and the coupons can be easily printed out. The coupon book will also be advertised on Google.com, Yahoo.com and MSN.com.
